LEVEL 0 - 5 Months and above exp
Minimum education is NITEC/diploma in Information technology or IT/Computer related only.
1 year Contract, Full time (8 hrs/day) (not more than 44hours per week),
Mon-Fri. 7am-4pm Sat/Sun-off. sat (if maintenance is required)
Location: Island-wide
GOLD Certificate of recognition on completion of 1 year contract.

: Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc duties assigned / required.
