\xc2\xb7 To provide basic support on desktop, computers, laptop on windows.
\xc2\xb7 Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders/principal vendors where required
\xc2\xb7 Provide desktop, software troubleshooting
\xc2\xb7 Support /upgrade Windows 7/10
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge in IT Support.
\xc2\xb7 Must Able to communicate effectively in English
\xc2\xb7 Fit and Healthy as the job requires a fair bit of walking and climbing of stairs
\xc2\xb7 Basic IT knowledge
\xc2\xb7 Good attitude and able to follow simple instructions
\xc2\xb7 Basic IT support
