Mondays to Fridays (7am\xe2\x80\x934pm, 10am\xe2\x80\x937pm)
Adhoc weekend overtime required based on project demands (OT claimable)
Responsibilities:
Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.
Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.
Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
Experience in Office 365 support and troubleshooting preferred
Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.
Support queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution
Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.
Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.
Users profile administration
May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in IT field
User support experience is preferred
Basic networking support & supporting in OS platform
Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
