Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform service request related to client platforms.
Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Remote/onsite support and resolution to hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client\xe2\x80\x99s network.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems and associated peripherals.
Install applications/software\xe2\x80\x99s and apply updates/patches to desktops, notebooks, and other end-user computing devices.
Preparation of desktop/notebook system image.
Perform file backup, migration, and restoration for end-users\xe2\x80\x99 desktops/notebooks.
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer.
Must have experience with Windows 10 Operating System.
Experience in troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network connectivity, VPN client etc.
