Job description- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services.- Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues.- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.- Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc.- Strong in troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Office365 and Microsoft Intune.- Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services.- Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service.- Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh.- May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirement.- 3 years related IT support experience.- Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm- Salary: S$2700 - S$3500- Location: Clementi / Dover / Bukit Merah / Tanjong Pagar / Macpherson / Tampines / WoodlandsJob Types: Full-time, Contract
