Job description - Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services. - Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues. - Support Job description - Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services. - Problem identification, diagnosis and rectification for both hardware and software issues. - Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components. - Experience in MacOS support and troubleshooting preferred - Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of MS Windows, Microsoft tools such as MS Office, internet browser, MS Outlook, etc. - Strong in troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Office365 and Microsoft Intune. - Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and IMAC Services. - Responsible for providing excellent support and timely service. - Involved in projects such as migration, relocation and hardware refresh. - May require to work on Saturdays depending on project requirement. - 3 years related IT support experience. - Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 6 pm - Salary: S$2700 - S$3500 - Location: Clementi / Dove r / Bukit Merah / Tanjong Pagar / Macpherson / Tampines / Woodlands
