WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Job Purpose The position is responsible for supporting the Development teams in the Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea (SEAJK) region. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), etc Assist in the preparation of Hotel Management Proposal (HMP), Hotel Franchise Proposal (HFP) and Brand Validation (BV), including hotel financial forecasting Conduct market research Arrange appointments and meetings Support the regional development team in a flexible manner in order to achieve its common goal Update development reports in WeMax to ensure that latest details on development projects in the region are accurately communicated Ensure all internal processes with regards to development are adhered to Coordinate and assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA), Hotel Consultancy Services Agreement (HSCA) and Franchise Agreements (FA) Update brand presentations, brochures and all other development documents and collaterals for the SEAJK Developers YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field / similar position within the industry Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Hospitality Management / Business Administration Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good analytical skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritise projects WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Based at Accor Singapore Office Reports to Vice President, Development, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, South Korea and Maldives Competitive employee benefits ALL Heartist card offering discounted rate at Accor Hotels worldwide
