Duties & Responsibilities: The Development & Project Executive will assist the manager in development and projects management, and the role (not limited to) are as follows: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate customer requirements into operational deliverable. Develop solutions and plan based on the customer requirements with respect to available resources and capability. Assist the Manager in the development of project plans that effectively align scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risk, communication and procurement in a manner that enables highly coordinated execution and control. Manage and oversee day-to-day customer's report. Identify areas for improvement and develops plans for implementation, when possible. (Training will be provided) Offer professional assistance to customers regarding any clarification or additional information required regarding their various services or projects Any other duties assigned by Manager Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable Polytechnic/University Working experience in development and project management in a operation environment will be an added advantage Strong stakeholder management capabilities, and strategic mindset to advise and manage both internal and external partners.
