You will be involved in/to:

• achieve improvement of the EWS and Fab yields for meeting year-end targets and lowest wafer and production costs
• improve product EWS Yield/ D0/ SFV/ WFY by working with each module engineer to optimize its process.
• ensure the smooth transfer of new technologies/lies from HQ division and constant interaction with the back-end assembly plants to achieve total customer satisfaction
• work with Quality departments ( Fab and/or Division) for fast reply and Actions Plan for Improvements in case of customer complains
• Participate to the development and Industrialization of the new products
• be innovative on Re-engineering activities to reduce Die size, Die cost
• be compliant with customer qualification, acceptance procedures and yield targets (Foundry)
• analyze low yield & zero yield wafer in daily, and feed-back to respective module for containment / corrective action of root-cause.
• analyze ECC/ICC case by working with Fab QA/ Division QA/ Product engineer, to provide containment / corrective action.
• Involvement in PTC activities regarding Process Integration Issues.
• Share, evaluate and implement best practices with/from other sites in STM.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Preferably with semiconductor device knowledge, plus basic processes knowledge (like Mask, Etch, Diffusion, Epi, CVD, PVD, Back-Finish and etc)
