• To do electrical characterization of the identified material to extract its material and electrical properties.
• To analyze the electrical data collected through statistical and analytical methods to draw a conclusion.
• To do reliability check of the fabricated resistors and devise further improvement to meet the automotive criteria

Project Outcome Identify a path to integrate a high precision resistor as a GlobalFoundries value added offering to its end customer through data analysis, material characterization, process simulation, and wafer fabrication. Required Qualifications:

• Current pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in engineering (EEE/ECE/MSE/Microelectronics/IC design) or physics
• Background or interest in Semiconductor/MOS device physics
