Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Walk the ground in selected hospitals, shadowing users, note challenges faced and to assist them accordingly.
  • Provide basic digital literacy training and support to those who are unfamiliar with technology.
  • Advocate for the benefits of using digital services and encourage users to adopt them
  • Assist in customers' general enquiries
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Candidates with no experience are open to apply
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • There will be training provided for them to understand the role, what they need to do as well as lead POCs to report their daily jobs
