Scope

To study design / art direction briefs and determine the client\'s needs
Conceptualise visuals, etc., based on the agreed requirements / deliverables
Prepare layouts and present creative ideas
Develop ad banners, social media content, simple animation, illustrations, UI / UX and website design
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

At least 3 years experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer
A good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Good sense of aesthetics / eye for design is a must
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
UI / UX knowledge is a definite plus and we can provide training where necessary
Adobe XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency would definitely add value
Photography (DSLR Camera) and / or Videography skills are definite pluses too
Able to work autonomously as well as in a team
Can work under pressure and in a time constrained / deadline based environment
Always up to date with the latest design / marketing and social media trends
Attention to detail is key as we have very high standards
Fun to work with and a positive / can-do attitude!
