Within the FSA Campaigns Team we focus on driving advisory opportunities across a number of different pillars including transformation, ESG, risk & regulations and strategy & deals.

Digital Asset Opportunities

Our Digital Assets team is a multi-disciplinary team of proven professionals dedicated to this sector and our specialist knowledge and expertise enables us to provide our clients with insights into marketplace developments and global opportunities. Our industry specialisation allows us to help co-create solutions with blockchain and cryptocurrency clients for their sector of interests.

We are now seeking suitable & capable talents with a passion for and experience within the Digital Assets space to join our Digital Assets team to assist with participating in a broad range of assurance & advisory assignments for our blockchain and cryptocurrency clients. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage projects to meet objectives and budget
• Manage projects in digital assets advisory engagements such as market entry, digital asset operations review, regulatory compliance review, and due diligence
• Investigate opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry and conduct research to compile reports with unique insight
• Demonstrate knowledge of risk management and ability to deliver high quality work
• Manage and coach junior team members
• Manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to and be ready to coordinate and collaborate across countries/regions, time zones, and parties
• Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s issues and manage the expectations of different stakeholders by translating expectations into quality & balanced output/deliverables
• Address client needs by bringing relevant expertise from the firm to client discussions, while also converting service opportunities into proposals/business.
• Identify and support additional initiatives to facilitate the growth of cryptocurrency and blockchain activities

Preferred Requirements

• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related areas
• Strong analytical skills, and general knowledge of the blockchain industry
• 6-8 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages, e.g. Chinese, would be an advantage in order to liaise with stakeholders across the region
• Excellent project management and team working skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of commercial issues facing businesses in this sector

Effective day-to-day management of clients; building and maintaining client relationships is crucial
