The Innovation team is a world class disruptive product development group based in Singapore, serving the Southeast Asia regional market and demand. We are looking for Associates to fill our 2023 intake. ‌ About the Role As an Associate in the Cloud, Digital, Data (Innovation) team, your responsibilities will be to partake and support the ideation, definition, design, and development of client solution. You should also expect to contribute to the team through the preparation of business value propositions for internal and external projects. You’re typically a strong communicator, critical and creative thinker, with strong technical skills, highly self-driven, and work comfortably with ambiguity. To innovate is to go into uncharted territory, use your wit and rigor to emerge with innovative vision and direction, coupled with excellent execution to deliver first-in-class solutions for our clients. You’ll work within one of our functional groups; Experience Design, Product Management, Technology Development. What can I expect from working at the Experience Centre? At the Experience Centre, an award-winning facility, about the only thing you can expect is to never have the same day twice. We strive to come up with useful new ideas, new ways of working and unexpected solutions that solve real problems. Even though the problems we tackle are very broad, we broadly fit into four areas of capability – Experience, Product, Technology, and Strategy . Our solutions usually involve a mixture of one or more of these elements. About you Below are the attributes and skills we look for in candidates, but don’t be discouraged if you don’t possess all or even most of them. If these things interest you (even if you don’t have direct experience), we would still love to talk to you about joining our team.

• Highly motivated and keen to learn
• Great communication skills and loves working as part of a team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail - take care of the small things so the big stuff runs itself!
• Awareness of Emerging Technologies such as AR/VR, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Metaverse, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and others.
• Any kind of experience with programming languages or computer programming
• Qualification or experience (such as internship) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Transformation, Business or Technology Consulting.
• Healthy obsession with making things better and making better things.
