Job Description

The Digital Development Team Lead is accountable for shaping and delivering the company's Retail enhanced digital platforms, with the goal of driving maximum sales and self-service performance, as well as customer satisfaction (NPS) outcomes. The role will support the rapid build of the company's websites and mobile experiences, collaborating with Product and Sales & Marketing teams to support their strategic goals with world-class digital capability.

• Support the development of Digital business Systems for the Retail end-to-end digital customer experience, with a major focus on different brands
• Guide the formation of digital capability to drive digital sales channel migration, supporting the development of a prioritized initiative roadmap that aligns with the Consumer group's commercial priorities
• Shape and prioritize the delivery of new digital self-service capability, delivering customers a value additive, feature rich, and frictionless experience
• Actively support a Lean and Agile delivery agenda, helping the business to balance internal capabilities with outsourced tactical and strategic resources
• Work in close collaboration with other delivery teams to balance delivery of immediate business requirements with realization of future-focused technology stack
• Leverage analytics capabilities to support in reinforcing a culture of data-driven thinking and digital awareness
• Support in the management of agency, partner, and contractor relationships to ensure adequate resourcing, cost-effectiveness, and maximum speed of delivery
• Seek to deliver a world-class, frictionless, and characterful digital experience that attracts customers and keeps them engaged
• Ensure customers' expectations are exceeded across all device types, serving features and capability that is timely, relevant and performant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent knowledge of software development practices
• Advanced facilitator and good communicator
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Experience with enterprise digital delivery in a complex multi-channel environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality digital solutions
• Expert level knowledge with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, Angular and Drupal
• Experience leading a team of digital developers
• Significant exposure to digital transformation, including channel migration, harmonisation and performance reporting
• Significant exposure to digital product sales and experience with complex upsell and cross-sell activities
• Proven skills in requirements documentation, with knowledge of business case principles and commercial drivers
• Experience working collaboratively with Technology teams to shape and embed business and customer requirements in IT roadmaps
• Knowledge of digital analytics and channel performance reporting
