McConnell Dowell South East Asia is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Digital Engineering Coordinator in Singapore SEA HQ Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate a broad range of experience leading the cross-discipline development and monitoring of BIM Technical Specifications, Processes, Procedures and deliverables.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creation of BIM/CAD deliverables and ensuring their consistency and accuracy for the 3D information.
• Maintaining the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings.
• Assist the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator on working with site project teams, their consultants and contractors to coordinate BIM issues with design teams to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining the models and BIM deliverables.
• Integrate the BIM/CAD applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&M programs into the BIM models.
• Reporting to the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. Minimum content to include BIM Issue Tracker, Audit Reports results Status of Model Development, submittal/shop drawing integration, and project close-out requirements.
• Assist with the upskilling of existing CAD, Engineering & Project Management staff.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering or Architectural field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience and background in modelling and knowledge of best practices in BIM.
• Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit BIM authoring tool.
• Proficiency in Autodesk CIVIL 3D would be an added value.
• Minimum of 5 years broad experience in design, drafting and BIM management.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks.
• would be an added value.
• Proficiency on MS SharePoint, ACONEX and Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms would be an added value.
• Experience working within multi-national working environment would be beneficial.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems when working under pressure.
