  • Responsible for the IT solution in the digital area, focus on product eCatalog, Redeem IT solution, B2B e-commerce, marketplace solution, and sales and marketing related APP.
  • Driving customer interview based on customer journey, draw user story, collect customer requirements.
  • Work as a consultant by providing implementation solutions to different business departments, close to work with digital marketing team.
  • Select and verify the qualified IT service provider, work together with internal or external IT service provider to deliver the needed and qualified functions.
  • Monitor IT vendor performance.
  • Regular learn and exchange the digital solution in the market and keep own digital solution competitive in the APS market.
  • Actively give digital consultancy to user departments to promote the digital solution.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital marking and CRM in both B2B and B2C market in the automotive, consumer or internet industry
  • Know-How in sales marketing in the automotive industry
  • Experience in web application management such as CMS, CRM, e-Commerce B2B/B2C, O2O etc
  • Strong background in UX \xe2\x80\x93 user interview and usability test
  • Proficient in prototyping (Azure), SEO & Online tracking (Google Analytics), Digital Channel Know-How (Facebook, Youtube, Line, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, WeChat, Ali etc)
  • Experience in frontend development and cloud will be advantageous
  • Excellent in project management and certified in PMP, ScrumMaster (Agile)
  • Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
