Oversee and execute all aspects of digital marketing activation to drive both online/offiline sales, including marketing database, email, social media post and display advertising campaigns
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM & Google Analytics or similar tools which can enhance the effectiveness of Digital Marketing ROI
Implement and optimize various media strategies
Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing creatives, copies and promotion angles and audience labels
Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms
Quick to identify current trends and leverage on these trends to further enhance leads generation
Able to handle and manage ads budget and monitor ROI with strong analytical insights
Design and run daily, weekly and monthly reports to help track key performance metrics
Cross functional collaborations with product, sales, operations team
Managing external parties for collaboration and run in-house Ads
Lead referral program to drive new growth
Requirements:
At least 2 Years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing
Experience in executing paid social media campaigns
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or any relevant field
Incredible attention to details
Problem solving skills
Strong proficiency for both written and spoken in both English language and Mandarin with the ability to proofread English and Mandarin Ad copies
Excellent communicator and creative thinker
Able to thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
