I. Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Junior Associate is tasked to support the Marketing Team in promoting Tesoros and driving sales primarily by publishing engaging content in its digital assets that will stimulate visits to its physical/online stores, engagements, and purchase conversionI. Specific Tasks and Dutiesa. Provide ideas and suggestions in the creation, development and implementation of marketing strategies, plans and campaigns that will achieve Tesoros business and sales objectivesb. Assist in the conceptualization and production of all types of marketing collaterals and materials, particularly content for Tesoros website and social media platformsc. Support the management of Tesoros' social media (Facebook and Instagram) and other digital assets specifically in the following areas:i. Content development (timely posting in feeds and stories of multimedia material with copy)ii. Community management (respond to comments and inquiries, create and implement community rules)iii. Analytics (track and report number of followers, engagements per posts, recommendations how to improve social media efforts)iv. Boosting management (identify targeting parameters for boosting, manage boosting budget, report outcome of boosting efforts)v. Manage advertising placements supported by sufficient justifications and budget proposalsd. Give inputs and provide assistance in the development, management, and enhancement of Tesoros' online store (tesoros.ph) to ensure the platform's effectiveness in achieving set sales targetse. Help gather data in the preparation and monitoring of marketing budgets and actual spendsf. Help organize updates in the preparation of relevant marketing reportsg. Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.II. Skills Specifications1. Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related disciplines.2. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Illustrator3. Must have good copywriting skills primarily for Facebook content.4.
