Be part of our Marketing Team!Job Title: Digital Marketing Associates:

• Develop concepts into executable ideas/campaigns in support of our brands.
• Manage, publish, and oversee social media content as well as define the most important social media KPIs.
• Create and rollout social media calendar highlighting brand, new products/packages, events, etc.
• Ensure strict adherence to branding of the company and aligned in direct support of current campaigns and standards
• Grow presence and manage content on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Collect, track and analyze data relating to advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Evaluate and analyze digital campaigns and report findings, and suggest corrective modifications as appropriate
• Work with the Production Team on content, publishing, and responding to social media posts.
• Collaborate with Sales Team for campaigns, promotions, and monitoring of leads.
• Understand current trends and remain up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and technologies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field; Digital Marketing certification is also a PLUS.
• At least 1 year of experience in the social media marketing or a similar role.
• Must be willing to learn basic SEO and use an omnichannel marketing platform.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social media marketing.
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Excellent skills in areas of communication, presentation, and analysis.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Works well with others and can work under pressure
• Possesses a goal-oriented attitude
