We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing and business development initiatives.You'll be given the opportunity to have an impact on the business and work with cross-functional teams. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. This role will receive a quarterly bonus payout based on performance.Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn including a budget allocation to maximise sign-ups and results

• End of end marketing for leads funnel, manage any in-person event

• Conceptualise, plan, execute and optimise marketing media with the creative and design team

• Coordinate launch plans, from timing to delivery with internal and external stakeholders

• Establish workflows for managing new business processes, ensure timely deployment, budget delivery and performance

• Monitor and consistently improve performance key metrics and ROI to ensure campaign performance

• Ensure that all key stakeholders are abreast of new business units' performance, metrics and next steps, and collaborate across teams to provide inputs to drive business performance

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years of relevant B2C/ B2B marketing experience

• Experience in the education or fintech sector is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, goal and performance-driven

• Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills and resourceful through proactive problem-solving
