About the role
We have an exciting opening within the Regional Marketing team responsible for channel marketing across Asia Pacific. We are searching for a creative, digitally-savvy and pro-active individual who will be responsible for delivering targeted, client-centric marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
The role will report into Head of Business Line and Campaign Marketing, Asia Pacific and work in close partnership with Sales and Marketing colleagues regionally, and also with subject matter experts across Marketing disciplines such as brand, communications, digital and research.
To be successful the individual is required to:
Align with marketing, sales, and product to ensure marketing campaigns reflect current business priorities, messaging strategies, goals and revenue targets.
Strategize the go-to-market activation plan for cross-channel marketing to reach key audiences
Define a clear campaign framework to guide regional and local marketing teams for consistent standards and tight alignment
Develop, execute, and optimize compelling, high-impact campaigns and target client programs to drive demand
Translate data, customer insights, and campaign performance into recommendations that continuously improve performance
Drive the measurement and monitoring of Return on Marketing Investments to demonstrate the business impact and Marketing's role as a growth enabler
Own the relationship with selected agencies for managing tasks, deliverables and approvals needed to launch media activities
Manage and grow a team of cross-disciplinary marketers
Lead and drive collaboration with the Heads of Business Line Marketing, Marketing Centers of Excellence, Sales, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver the Marketing strategy to drive sales
Sound like you? Here is what we're looking for:
At least 10 years of relevant working experience
Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
Commercial mindset, strong technical and analytical mindset to help predict and eliminate sales obstacles
Strong leadership, planning, project management and problem resolution skills along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven digital media experience with a track record of defining and delivery a holistic strategy (B2C experience beneficial)
Experience working with Sirius Decisions methodologies and processes would be advantageous
Knowledge of digital, marketing technology platforms and tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Marketing Cloud)
