Job Description

• Location: Upper Changi
• Working Days: Monday - Friday( 5 days)
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary : $ 2800 to $ 3500

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Possess understanding of online marketplaces (such as Lazada, Shopee etc)
• Experience with handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
• Knowledge of Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign will be a plus

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

• Manage e-commerce marketplaces in accordance with brand guidelines
• Prepare and upload product listings as well as content for e-marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Tik Tok, Amazon and Carousell
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth
• Maintain up-to-date products information, pricing and inventory
• Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis
• Monitor and analyse e-Commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic and ROI
• Identify market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors\' activities to inform business decisions and optimise customer user experience
• Collaborate with cross departments to deliver a smooth e-commerce experience and customer satisfaction

Social Media

• Support and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement
• Create content for social media in line with brand guidelines
• Manage the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
• Handle comments, inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly in a professional manner
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Identify social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brands\' social media presence
• Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives to ensure an integrated approach
