• Working hours : 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities

Social Media

• Support and implement social media strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube, to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement
• Create content for social media in line with brand guidelines
• Manage the social media calendar and publish content in a timely manner
• Handle comments, inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly in a professional manner
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Identify social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brands\' social media presence
• Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate social media activities with other marketing initiatives to ensure an integrated approach
• Social media ad planning and execution

E-Commerce

• Manage e-commerce marketplaces in accordance with brand guidelines
• Prepare and upload product listings as well as content for social media marketplaces such as Facebook/IG Shop and Tik Tok
• Maintain up-to-date products information, pricing and inventory
• Ensure functionality of the platforms on a daily basis

Others

• Provide support for ad-hoc duties as required
