Actively manage brand's online presence such as website / eCommerce / social media. Establish a strong web presence to gain new online customers and grow retention rates. Implement and manage a content editorial calendar for marketing campaigns. Proofreading content of advertising and promotional materials. Monitor competitor activities, market surveys, and provide suggestions for improvement. Assist the sales team in planning events. Active interaction with the Japan HQ team. Assist in any assigned ad-hoc task. Potential to lead team/management skills. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field. At least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing. Excellent copy-writing and creativecontent creation skills. Technology savvy with knowledge of applications like Photoshop and CMS will be added advantage. Sales-oriented and strong initiative. Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and social media trends. Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, web analytics and/or statistics. Language requirements speaking and writing in Japanese and preferably well versed in Mandarin in order to handle Japanese and Chinese Client.
