Digital Marketing Executive

In Southeast Asia's booming pet care economy, twentyfive has emerged as Singapore's industry leader. We are in the business of providing the best pet care consumer goods and services to our customers and pet parents.

twentyfive is a Singapore-based pet care consumer company that controls 2 main assets - Perromart, our flagship brand which is the number one ecommerce pet care platform in Southeast Asia.

We have also developed our own house brands that we export globally - Paw Made (accessories), HEKA (dog food), and NAMA (cat food).

With our plans for expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to drive our customer acquisition and retention strategies across channels, from social to search platforms.

What You'll Do

• Ensuring daily execution of marketing initiatives from content creation, producing creative designs, to increasing social media awareness
• Execute day-to-day marketing campaigns that will increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
• Manage day-to-day activities across all social and search platforms
• Assist in managing paid social acquisition with a daily focus on ensuring budget optimization, revenue generation, ROI, and other key business metrics are achieved
• Daily reporting of key marketing metrics
• Effective and comprehensive cross-department coordination with regional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives drive the numbers to achieve business goals
• Ensuring compliance of all communications materials with the corporate design and branding requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media Studies or Communications
• 1-2 year in marketing experience preferably with eCommerce industry experience
• Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work
• Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
• Strong communication skills who have the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, flawlessly multi-task, and thrive under pressure and deadlines
