An exciting Digital Marketing, PR and Communications Manager job job has just become available at a globally renowned consumer company. Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will lead a team of two, and drive the three key pillars in digital marketing, public relations and communications for the SEAPAC region. About the Digital Marketing, PR and Communications Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing and enhancing marcoms strategy that can be driven across SEAPAC region for a portfolio of brands. The primary objectives is to build cohesive brands across the region, consistent with the global strategy, maximising reach and engagement through digital transformation and communication that is meaningful and resonates with target consumers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the SEAPAC marketing strategy to set the direction for the region to ensure digital ecosystem integration and delivery of 360 marketing campaigns and new product launches are cohesively aligned with growth plans and marketing calendar
  • Partner with global appointed media partners to ensure local relevance and asset delivery is fit for purpose and regulated (responsible drinking local requirements)
  • Lead the development and implementation of consumer marketing communications strategy across SEAPAC
  • Champion the PR needs of SEAPAC by working closely with regional PR representative to ensure a feedback loop is sustained and PR is in line with global direction
  • Design fit-for-purpose and drive best-in-class execution of PR, communications and influencer marketing strategic roadmap, consistent with global brands
  • Build and maintain good relationships with bloggers/KOLs and media, qualifying the relevant influencers for our brands and boosting their endorsement for our brands, especially driving saliency and traffic to boutique
  • Drive all internal and external PR and communications in charge (agencies) for brand image excellence delivered and cross-country consistency in line with global guidelines
  • Work in close partnership with regional digital marketing team to ensure we develop and execute in a consistent way across all touch points covering digital consumer engagement
  • Adopt and adapt global brand digital system technology (e.g. data capture applications, affinity network) for local relevance and execution needs
  • Lead and manage one Digital Marketing Executive and one CRM Executive
To succeed in this Digital Marketing, PR and Communications Manager role, you will need to have prior experience in a regional role, managing a sizable digital budget and have a strong track record in growing an established brand. Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of six to eight years of marketing experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, e-commerce, B2C, CRM or related field
  • University degree, preferably in business marketing, digital marketing
  • Track record managing and delivering strong digital presence especially on multiple social media platforms across multiple markets in SEAPAC
  • Media trained and experienced with PR and influencer marketing for leading brand portfolio in a critical market (i.e. Singapore)
  • High affinity with luxury products and knowledge of/experience with \xe2\x80\x9cpremium\xe2\x80\x9d (online and offline) media
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as across teams in a fast-paced environment, responsible and well organised, with minimal coaching
  • Experience in the wines and spirits/luxury/FMCG industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Hubspot email marketing, HTML/CSS, Acquia CMS and UI/UX competency is a plus
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written, and able to present in front of the media
