Key Responsibilities (Report to the General Manager):

1. Data Analysis and Insights:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including social media, paid search, email marketing, website analytics, and display advertising, etc.
• Develop an action plan or marketing strategy for the company.

2. Campaign Optimization:

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Provide recommendations for adjustments to campaign strategies based on data-driven insights, A/B testing, and best practices.

3. SEO and Content Analysis:

• Undertake SEO initiatives and monitor website rankings to improve organic search visibility, generate engaging content to captivate industrial audiences, foster website loyalty, and highlight our product offerings on our e-commerce store.

4. Data Tracking and Implementation:

• Ensure proper implementation and tracking of digital marketing tags and pixels including Google Tag Manager, Meta pixel, etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection.

5. Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to showcase the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
• Build and strengthen rapport with brand partners through our regular meetings on campaign performance, with data-driven recommendations

Job Requirements

• 3 years+ of experience in digital marketing analytics or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Piwik, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques such as Power BI
• In-depth understanding of SEO & SEM principles and best practices.
• Experience in CRM and marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Dotdigital, or Salesforce
