Job Description

Reporting to the Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to be the main team leader in driving overall customer enrolments, quality lead generation, and customer experience across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Formulate an overall conversion rate optimisation strategy that both drives better enrolment and smoother experiences across all digital customer touchpoints, such as websites (including SEO and SEM), digital kiosks, social media, and parent mobile apps.
• Review and optimise customer conversions and omni-channel experiences as part of our digital customer experience transformation strategy.
• Discover and implement key traffic and conversion optimisation opportunities across each stage of the consumer funnel.
• Apply multi-variant or A/B testing for search, display, programmatic, and even social media ads.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned including but not limited to digital marketing such as social community management, events, etc.

• Relevant digital marketing skills and experience in SEO/SEM (including keyword research), website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to identify and explain common advertising metrics such as impression shares, click-through rates, and video view rates.
• Familiar with Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager/Data Studio/Search Console, and Adobe Experience Manager/Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Martech tools such as Meltwater and Monsido would be useful but not a pre-requisite.
• Ability to multi-task, work with others, and meet deadlines; being meticulous, i.e., paying good attention to details.
• Knowledge of education-related products and/or agency experience would be ideal.
