Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Investigate products, services, and current strategies to uncover new opportunities. Conducting market research to learn more about the needs, habits, and trends of clients.
  • Set digital marketing strategies and plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels. Build strong client\'s relationships through social media interaction.
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, telemarketing etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinar etc.)
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
  • Liaise with Sales and Delivery teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing. Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development tools (e.g. WordPress) and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (SEMrush & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
