Set digital marketing strategies and plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels. Build strong client\'s relationships through social media interaction.
Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, telemarketing etc.)
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinar etc.)
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
Liaise with Sales and Delivery teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
Establish best practices in digital marketing. Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development tools (e.g. WordPress) and JavaScript development and constraints
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (SEMrush & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
