Assist in the formulation and execution of strategies to build lasting connections with target customers and audiences*
Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different channels, including web pages and email distribution platforms (ZoHo Campaigns)*
Plan and monitor Caliber's ongoing presence on social media channels*
Use online and social media tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions*
Develop, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns through mediums such as email, social media, blogs, and virtual/live events*
Increase our brand's reach through writing and designing social media posts to sustain readers' curiosity, drive thought leadership around our focus areas of expertise, and create buzz around capabilities*
Develop, create and maintain marketing materials, including sales and solution collateral, presentations, and bios ensuring brand guidelines are met*
Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness*
Help integrate core marketing messages to ensure consistent communication priorities across all marketing channels*
Analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of campaigns, allowing the results to influence future creative decisions*
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities*
Performs other related duties as assigned by management*
Requirements*

• Proven experience 2+ years as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role

Four-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred*
Skilled in writing and editing content*
Demonstrable experience with marketing data analytics and tools*
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)*
Basic knowledge of HTML*
Has an experience in Facebook job posting*
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills*
Solid technical skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hootsuite, Marketing Automation, etc.*
Strong interest in future trends in digital technologies * Ability to pay attention to details, prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple activities*
Demonstrated success in providing excellent client service*
Able to resolve issues and problems independently*
Collaborative mindset to share ideas with cross-functional teams to elevate the client experience*
