Job Purpose: Effectively support all customer telephone calls for assistance or troubleshooting, product or application related matters.Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Answers customers calls to assist with product or application related inquiries Assists customers with installation or training related inquiries Follows documentation and training materials to diagnosis and resolve customers calls in timely manner Enters all call activity into online Technical Support database Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Develops and maintains positive customer relationsQualifications: At least High School Graduate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or at least completed 2 years in college Technical background is a PLUS but not required With or without BPO experience Good oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications, General knowledge of standard office equipment Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City) Amenable to work on a Night Shift Schedule CAN START ASAPENJOY THE FOLLOWING PERKS: ? 10,000.00 signing bonus *terms and conditions apply.
