Job Description
Receive a 10k Signing Bonus once hired!The Marketing Associate is responsible for performing administrative staff functions for the Marketing Department, consistent with the administrative policies, guidelines, and procedures of the company. We are also looking for a candidate who can work on-site.Duties and Responsibilities:*
Helps develop and implement marketing plans to expand the company's footprint*
Successfully conducts marketing campaigns*
Creates messages that are focused on each target audience*
Assists in executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness*
Makes sure all visual merchandising materials installed in all showrooms are secured, in good condition, and properly implemented.*
Requirements*
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and self-motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.*
At least 1 year of experience as a marketing/administrative assistant, or equivalents*
Must be ambitious, organized, and have strong time management skills*
Strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills*
Must be outgoing and personable to handle daily interactions with peers, sales, and other departments and consumers*
