What you will be working on:

Digital services enable CPF members to engage and transact with CPF Board seamlessly at their own convenience. We are looking for a Product Manager with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our digital services, through transformation and user-centric service delivery. You will be part of the dynamic and resourceful horizontal team in charge of the various digital service platforms belonging to CPF Board such as the website and mobile app. You will be part of a cross-functional Agile development team, alongside designers and developers, to chart and execute the product vision of various digital services through reimagining user experience alongside business processes. These include website contents, online application forms, calculators, planners on the CPF website, as well as digital services such as enquiry and payment features on CPF Mobile. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive digital initiatives and enhancements to improve website and mobile app user experience and usage \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide consultancy to Product Owners through Agile/Scrum development projects, in the area of product vision, business requirements, change processes and best practices, which takes into account both CPF Board\'s needs and the value to CPF members \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritise high-value features to be released to ensure maximum value in every release and alignment with product strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide recommendations on the standards required for the acceptance of product, and propose approach based on the results of quality reviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate timely solutioning of blockers that arise over product development so that the product is ready for release \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the digital platforms and its operations such as content publications review and approval, problem management, quality assurance testing, vendor management, software contracting, contingency planning etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage ad-hoc assignments for exploration and assessments of digital products, platforms, processes, as well as organisation-wide initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Keen learner with a positive attitude, and ability to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organisational and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills, and ability to work well with teammates as well as to bridge communication gaps between other business units within the same cross-functional team \xe2\x80\xa2 Resilient to work under pressure, resourceful and ability to adapt and manage uncertainty \xe2\x80\xa2 Some degree of familiarity with the following would be preferred but is not mandatory: o Website and/ or mobile app development/management o Agile/Scrum project management o User experience/User Interface (UX/UI) design o Business Process Reengineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Required to be on standby after office hours (including weekends and public holidays) upon activation. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
