As a Digital Product Portfolio Manager, you'll be expected to work on Western Union's digital mobile and web product portfolio. You will define the regional digital product roadmap in alignment with our strategy, drive development on time, on budget, and with high quality and value. You will oversee the regional product delivery from the engineering team, manage and build relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams such as UI/UX, Content, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, etc. You will lead the development of multi-year regional product roadmap, partner with functional leaders to identify opportunities to streamline and scale work.

You have years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a high-tech multinational company. You possess outstanding facilitation, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to partner and influence at all levels both in the organisation and externally. You are able to present data and recommendations in an easy to understand, logical manner, and have experience leading multiple complex initiatives successfully and efficiently. You are constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently, have proven track records of driving results in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player and excel at cross-functional collaboration; adept to working with multiple people and projects at any given time. Previous experience of global money movement is a plus.
