Join us and champion financial security for Singaporeans while leaving a lasting legacy.What you will be working on:With the rise of the gig economy, we are looking for a highly motivated individual passionate about enhancing the retirement, healthcare, and housing adequacy of self-employed persons (SEPs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital services tailored specifically for the self-employed scheme (SES). Your role will involve close collaboration with product owners, where you will delve into the intricacies of self-employed policies and service operations, transforming them into user-friendly digital solutions. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that our digital products align seamlessly with our overarching vision and objectives, while delivering impactful features in a timely manner. In addition to driving digital innovation, you will take charge of crafting compelling marketing communications initiatives aimed at engaging both SEPs and corporate service buyers. Your responsibilities will extend to managing complex correspondences related to the SES, ensuring every interaction reflects the utmost professionalism, accuracy, and clarity. The broad area of responsibilities include \xe2\x80\xa2 Forge strategic partnerships with product owners and IT counterparts to co-create solutions that streamline processes and elevate the customer service experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead discussions to provide clear direction and goals for our digital products, guiding the development team in making informed decisions regarding prioritization and feature enhancements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee project coordination efforts, including research, analytics, and member engagement, to achieve policy objectives and maximize the value delivered by our digital offerings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise a dedicated team in managing intricate correspondences, maintaining a meticulous standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all written communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct statistical analysis to support policy and operational reviews, contributing valuable insights to inform decision-making processes.What we are looking for:

  • Good experience in product management or digital solutions development preferably in the financial services sector or within government agencies involved in social welfare programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of current and emerging policies, practises and trends to anticipate future developments and their potential implications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity and interest in data analysis and interpretation would be preferred The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
