Digital Project Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities: Drive solution detailing and problem solving around solution implementation Define detailed solution based on problem statements. Drive and support formalisation of detailed E2E Process for the process and product in scope Collaborate with relevant functions to define the end-state process. Identify potential impacts and implications in the handover from one function to another, propose amendments to enable optimal flow from an E2E perspective. Manage project to monitor progress closely and track metrics of success for deliverables Drive data collection and collation of fact base for proposed solutions. Monitor solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as required.We are committed to a safe and healthy environment for our employees & customers and will require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated.The Ideal candidate should possess: Good Bachelor Degree from an established university At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation Strong project management skills with proven records of successful end-to-end project implementation Strong problem solving skills
