What you do

Within Allianz Partners, the New Models B2C team coordinates and contributes to building direct market & sales activities in B2C and across the Lines of Business. Allianz Partners has the ambition through the Allyz initiative to develop a dedicated, start-up minded ecosystem, integrating insurance and non-insurance products. This offers a galaxy of services (travel alerts, health services, comfort, advice) in addition to our core insurance business to contribute to the customer's peace of mind.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery & Customer Care, as Senior Digital Project Manager APAC you will manage the implementation of specific B2C/Allyz features (services) requiring complex orchestration between multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, Partners, Legal, ...). You will be the "point of reference" of these features to guarantee their delivery and maintenance into the Allyz platform. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Shape new digital features (Allyz services), managing all steps of the project from A to Z. From the exploration phase (identifying all stakeholders involved, technical limitations, ...), to the Jira specifications, to the implementation phase in Production.
  • Manage the Allyz onboarding of new markets (and new BUs). Structure initial phase of the project with each BU , coordinate the different workign streams, manage reports and weekly meetings.
  • Manage our Customer facing platform web sites and Booking path (Allyz or business as usual) in APAC including ACM adaptations. Be the keeper for NewModels Dpt of these Customer facing platforms
  • Suggest and find alternative solutions when any blockers arise to assure delivery. Coordinate and align stakeholders involved in the features implementation, communicate and inform regularly the managers. Follow up the post implementation phase (maintenance, improvement).
  • Act as the interface between the Business owner and IT teams (internal or external).
What you bring
  • At least 4 years experience in Digital (insurance or web/e-commerce), ideally with a Masters in the Digital area (Business or IT)
  • Proven experience in project management, with an understanding of the IT web landscape and skilled in Jira/Confluence/Teams
  • Performance oriented, self-motivated & autonomous with proactive problem solving and summarizing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment & matrix organization
  • Fluent English is required, other languages are a plus
