Role The primary role is to lead in the management and development of local and regional accounts. You are required to ensure that the work is executed with excellence and meet and/or exceed client's expectation. Project scoping and budgeting are part of your scope and ensuring profitability on the account is essential. Always ensure that campaigns are accomplished on budget and time. As and when required, you will need to support the Managing Director/Digital Lead in new business development. You are proactive, passionate about all things digital. You have agency's interest at heart and display positive attitude to team members and clients. If you have an eye for detail, process-oriented, and are an effective communicator, you are definitely the one we are looking for! Responsibilities . Manage project timeline, quality and profitability of digital projects. Deliverables might include but are not limited to: website development & ongoing optimization, standard/dynamic banner production, eDM production. . Foster long term partnership with clients. . Guiding / coaching of junior team members Job Specifications 1. Education / Professional a. Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Computer Science, or related discipline. 2. Knowledge Required a. More than 3 years of working experience, with roles focusing on digital project / account management, website or other digital production management. Understands the end-to-end digital delivery process and the importance of project management in the advertising industry Possess sufficient understanding of digital technologies and tools to run projects efficiently, such as HTML5/CSS/Javascript, content management systems, development framework, hosting & domain management. Experience operating as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst or tester would be an advantage 3. Skills Required Excellent in project management and account management skills Excellent communication skills Experience managing a broad range of digital deliverables with fast-moving timelines.
