For more information visit Position Summary: As the world emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, many traditional ways of doing business have changed permanently - including how we sell. Professional, efficient digital selling will remain a key part of every seller's role, and face to face meetings will be only one part of a blended, hybrid approach. At Infor, we are investing heavily in a wealth of best-in-class tools for sellers. However, to achieve lasting impact and create true digital 'muscle memory', we are also building a team of digital selling coaches. These digital coaches will work daily with sellers, ultimately delivering an improved experience for every current and future Infor customer. As a digital selling coach at Infor, you will be part of a fundamental shift across the organization towards digital excellence at every stage of the seller's journey. You have a unique opportunity to be part of a team that defines what digital selling excellence looks like, and then delivers that to Infor's diverse and experienced salesforce. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Lead coaching sessions across small groups of sellers Engage participates on best practices focusing on specific industries Align digital selling methodology to Infor sales processes Enable sellers on modern, digital selling techniques including social selling, scripted demos, microsites, and digital interactive assets Be the voice of the field back to the tool/platform owners to drive constant improvement in the tools Drive lasting change at Infor from the ground up Motivate Account Executives to adapt to digital selling excellence while collecting success stories What You Will Need: Required skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Work experience in or around Sales Superlative communication and storytelling skills Strong familiarity with digital sales tools such as Showpad, Consensus, gong.io, outreach, SFDC etc Passion for coaching, both small groups and 1 on 1 What Will Put You Ahead Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Sales Prior experience in a Sales coaching role Prior experience in Sales Enablement Infor Values: Our Guiding Principles set the standard for how we work with one another.
