Job Description

MAJOR ROLE: Communication planning, crafting and making sure that the set communication strategy is being applied to execution level through working closely with the production team. Work together with all teams to oversee strategy is implemented.RESEARCH ANALYSIS:

• Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients

• Examine clients' businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives

• Develop a strong category knowledge of the business

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:

• Create compelling campaign & brand strategies based on consumer & brand insights, as well as consumer media behavior

• Identify opportunities for campaigns that are business relevant and drive specialist revenues

• Ensure digital is embedded in communication plans starting from early stages of campaign planning

INNOVATION:

• Shape innovation & ideation

• Execute "digital first" innovations

• Provide and share digital thought leadership thinking to clients and internal team members

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP:

• Having a good nose for what's happening with the agency's clients, ensuring all relationships are healthy and intervening when appropriate.

• Working with and supporting accounts team to help increase and maximize client relationships and business.

• Raising the bar by providing inspirational client service principles and benchmarks to ensure that the agency is strategically leading clients and building strong relationships.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must possess Bachelor's Degree / College Graduate of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Entrepreneur, Events Management, and the like. With at least minimum of 2 years related experience is required in this position

• Operates with high level of integrity

• Ability to work well under pressure while working independently or as a team player
• Good oral and written skills, can deal with all sorts of people, dynamic and able to keep up with a fast-faced type of work environment, resourceful with a flexible outlook, have a strong attention to details and have the ability to multi-task in order to handle competing priorities.
