About our group:We are the IT group that has global presence spanning Singapore, India, China, Thailand, US, China etc. and we are responsible for delivery of Supply applications and solutions globally. We work in close collaboration with Business users in these regions in offering innovative solutions to address Supply Chain challenges and issues. We are currently embarking on our 2nd wave of Rethink Digital Transformation, which involves migrating legacy planning applications into SAP framework.We are looking for a passionate Supply Chain Analyst intern to join the IT team and be a part of the team that is responsible for executing a major Digital Transformation in the Material Planning area. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and be part of the team to design and deliver innovative solution to support planning and materials' procurement in a highly automated and vertically integrated manufacturing environment.You will be supporting business users located across Asia regions; China, Thailand, Singapore etc. This is an individual contributor role, and will reports a IT Manager based in Singapore.As a Analyst intern, you will work with cross-functional business users in material planning and procurement team in Asia regions to build POC, unit testing, support business UAT and development of reports.About the role - you will:

• Be part of the team that will provide effective IT solutions to simplify working processes and improve productivity for end-users.
• Generate Change Management documentation.

• Understand the current planning process and future state.
• Mapping current process to future state process.

• Develop reports and make program changes as needed!
• Test, debug and verify application'S functionality against Business Requirement documentation. Identify gaps in design, process or codes.
• Generate technical documents such as Business Requirements documents, User guide and other technical materials related to the application

About you:

• Currently in Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Supply Chain related courses
• Basic programming skills eg SQL.
• Competency with MS Excel, PowerPoints tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

Your experience includes:

• Able to participate in cross functional problem-solving teams and with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task.

Location:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
