Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Work closely with the Digital & Technology team to plan the technical roadmaps and IT strategy that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth.2. Collaborate with the Digital & Technology team to identify ways IT and new technologies can help achieve business and financial goals.3. Provide advice on IT infrastructure to ensure adequate computing, data processing and communication capabilities required by deployed solutions.4. Perform periodic reviews of system infrastructure and technology stacks to ensure all software and technology solutions deployed are aligned with industry best practices.5. Provide recommendations for the cyber security of IT solutions deployed, and constantly identify areas for security hardening and improvements6. Facilitate the development and implementation of data security, privacy policies, and procedures where applicable.7. Work with the Digital & Technology Team, and other stakeholders for the negotiation of contracts with various IT vendors, where applicable.8. Provide recommendations on staffing needs for the digital and technology team9. Provide recommendations for IT / software system compliance with relevant local or international laws, regulations, and industry standards.10. Assist with IT / Technology budgeting for the procurement, development, and implementation of technological solutions.11. Assist in thought leadership endeavours related to technology.Requirement:1. At least 10 years of experience in delivery and project management of complex IT solutions2. Strong Comptency in project management, technical consulting, technical account management, enterprise solution development and/or delivery, IT system architectures, technical support, big data and DevSecOps3. Ability to manage and deliver large-scale enterprise projects4. Strong leadership capabilities with at least 10 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary IT teams5. Having broad experience across various industries will be highly beneficial6. Good experience in P&L Management, Enterprise Solution Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting7. Knowledge and experience in scrum and agile is beneficial.8. Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning will be beneficial9.
