Working Hours:
10-hour shifts (inclusive of a 1-hour break).

$4,000+ per month (Salary will be based on experience)

Job Scope & Requirements
Expertly prepare a wide range of traditional Chinese dim sum.
Must be highly skilled in making various classic dim sum wrappers (e.g., crystal skin, flaky pastry, yeasted buns, glutinous rice flour skin).
Proficient in creating signature dishes such as Har Gow, Siu Mai, Char Siu Bao, etc.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
Requires basic English and fluent Mandarin for effective team communication.
