Engage directly with potential customers at the sales site to promote and sell motor insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance options.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Accurately process customer details and maintain up-to-date records.
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level with automobile sales experience.
Obtained or is in the process of obtaining BCP and PGI.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Working schedule: 5-days work week, office hours, including Saturday.
Salary package: Basic salary + monthly incentives
