We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, APAC FX Product Manager join our Treasury Services Product Management Team. This role is located in Singapore, - HYBRID

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Own the FX & FX payments P&L and growth strategy for the segments we support in the region (Corporate, NBFI and Banks).
• Drive increases in the pipeline to achieve profitable growth, in partnership with our Business Development team and Markets
• Work in a client facing role, providing support for deal structuring, RFPs, pricing, sales training and solutioning client needs
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the market, segments, our products, services and client needs in the region
• Collaborate with our Markets FX team to deliver a seamless experience to clients
• Proactively identify, address and mitigate product risks

To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

• 12 plus years of total work experience preferred
• Relevant and deep understanding of the FX and FX payments space and of transaction banking and a strong track record of driving growth in the FX or FX payments business
• An action, collaborative and goal-oriented approach and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients and the company
• A strong ability to communicate and influence across a broad range of clients, stakeholders and cultures. Demonstrable sound risk management experience and skills
• Experience operating in an agile product/platform based organizational model
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, advanced/graduate degree preferred
