  • Lead the design and implementation of the Health operating model
  • Identify, and govern the development of, the business capabilities required to support the Group Health strategy
  • Support the translation of Prudential\xe2\x80\x99s overarching health strategy into specific execution plans (roadmaps, milestones, deliverables etc.)
  • Support the Local Business Units in the development and implementation of their market-specific health strategies, focusing on operating model evolution and business capability development
  • Partner with internal and external technology teams to support the design and delivery of a strategic technology roadmap that will build the required health capabilities
  • Identify and execute partnerships with 3rd party service providers in support of health business capabilities development
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and thought leadership
Strategic Vision:
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of developing and advocating for a clear strategic vision and roadmap for organizational transformation.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify critical areas for improvement.
Leadership:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Experience in building and managing a high-performing team, including recruiting, training and developing team members.
Business Architecture & Design:
  • Expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance organizational agility.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed business architecture models, including capability maps, value streams and business process models.
  • Expertise in developing and evolving operational models through detailed business capability mapping.
  • Ability to identify and leverage key business capabilities that drive strategic objectives and business outcomes.
  • Experience in aligning capability development with long-term business goals and operational efficiencies.
Change Management:
  • Expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Comprehensive approach to people and culture change, including communication strategies and engagement plans to secure buy-in from LBUs (local business units) and guide them through the transformation journey.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate transformation objectives, progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic oversight and support to ensure smooth transitions to new ways of working.
Transformation Execution:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, driving effective execution of transformation initiatives and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Ability to establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Commitment to continuously evaluate and refine business architecture and transformation strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Encouraging and implementing innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or working experience in related area
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., health insurance, strategy consultation)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
  • Experience across multiple Asian markets preferred
