Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Business Management for Group Wealth Management to plan and deliver bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy for Global Wealth Mangement, execute and track progress of strategic initiatives, define and track key KPIs and performance metrics , monitor market and competitive intelligence and work with key stakeholders across regions to develop and implement strategic recommendations.
Strategy
  • Provide input into growth strategies, including annual planning exercises, target operating model reviews, etc.
  • Conduct competitor reviews and provide market intelligence, including ongoing analysis on key industry trends and dynamics (technology, competitors, clients, regulatory, etc.)
  • Develop and implement growth, business change, and governance initiatives.
Business
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as working with markets to scale up client engagement in Wealth management
  • Liaise with key internal and external (where applicable) partners in development of new capabilities and launch of new solutions / products.
  • Collect and analyse data for Wealth Management, including the review of relevant performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead and where applicable support monitoring and reporting of key projects, overseeing the development, implementation and performance of business-critical initiatives.
  • Coordinate and align business plans, strategies, priorities, sales effectiveness across segments and countries.
  • Represent the Global Head in in key projects, meetings to facilitate feedback and highlighting potential issues.
  • Collaborate with support functions, business and segment partners, and product specialists to deliver cross pollination of wealth capabilities, providing effective client solutions.

  • Responsibility to review team structure and capacity plan
Risk Management
  • The role is responsible to identify and mitigate any risks in designing and/or executed any strategic initiatives or data driven initiatives, and work in close collaboration with Risk partners

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • University degree
  • 5 + years of relevant working experience in Wealth Management and / or Business Management
  • Keen financial acumen and confidently able to analyse and interpret quantitative data to identify key themes and relevant takeaways.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, with excellent presentational skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
