Collaborates with key stakeholders across product, regions, business & frontline to build and execute commercialization plans to drive awareness, penetration and usage across multiple engagement channels - eDMs, Roadshows, Show & Tell, client pitches Collaborates with research and data teams to build customer profiles, create impactful utilization and portfolio optimization programs, and then run these programs, being accountable for platform income and utilization metrics Day-to-day driving and managing the performance of capability by tracking utilisation and cross sell Runs cadence with regions to track and drive key commercialization metrics. Provides support on complex deaals/ RFPs /client engagements/client account planning Leverages data and customer insights to prioritize work - identifies gaps to establish a systemic way of managing key commercialization metrics & ensure that the voice-of-the-client is the backdrop to how we market to our clients. Works in a fast-paced environment, designing and implementing digital marketing and segment / portfolio optimization programs that delivers to key business metrics Build the engine: Works collaboratively with designers and product team members to design, identify, and implement the right digital sales tools in the platform: for example, candidates should be comfortable understanding platform usage patterns, implement the right digital marketing and sales tools that can provide targeted and contextual interventions in-the-platform and outside -the-platform (e.g. email, push notifications) Run the engine: Once the tools are implemented, identifies the right client triggers to communicate to users, the transaction use-cases to tackle, define the messaging, track user response to messaging, and iterate based on client responses Familiarity with implementing and operating Martech tools: including platform sales engines, CRM, Salesforce or MS Dynamics is a plus Demonstrates problem solving skills and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence Delivers quality work with light managerial supervision with effective time-management skills the ability to influence a set of extended stakeholders without direct reporting (e.g. product, design, research, data, tech) is critical Other Responsibilities Embeds Group&rsquos brand and values in assigned countries of responsibility Performs other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures. Our Ideal Candidate 8 years of transaction banking or digital experience in financial or consulting industry. Previous experience in driving product commercialization and value creation is desired Experience with Digital channels such as Open banking and APIs is preferable Competency in market analysis, sales and revenue forecasting, project planning and management, promotion development, and executing product commercialization strategies. Ability to understand the importance of relationship building both with internal and external customers. Effective and positive written and verbal communications especially when acting as a liaison between departments, internal employees/subordinates, and clients. Ability to create and deliver effective oral and written presentations/proposals up to a senior level of management. Strong leadership and motivation capability, Strong time management and organizational skills. Comprehensive solution-oriented thinker when dealing with clients, team members, internal functional departments, and upper management. Ability to effectively manage and motivate matrix resources to attain organizational goals and influence without direct authority Strong project management skills including planning, documenting, communicating and delivering the end result on-time. Ability to demonstrable domain knowledge of current industry and mobile commerce and payment ecosystem trends. Experience in a position of broad collaboration, influence and communication in a large organization. Skills in meeting objectives through influence, inspiration, facilitation and team building or business degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Excellent teamwork skills preferably with experience of working in teams spread across boundaries.
