Job Description

Our client, an impact-focused investment firm, is hiring a strategic and purpose-driven Investor Relations professional to lead and strengthen capital raising and stakeholder engagement across our platform. This senior role will be central to expanding our investor base, deepening long-term partnerships, and enhancing the firm's visibility as a trusted leader in impact investing.


The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with fundraising experience, and be able to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Fund Strategy


Lead or support capital raising activities across current and future funds. Develop and manage fundraising materials, investor presentations, and data rooms. Identify and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, family offices, DFIs, and strategic partners. Collaborate with leadership on fund structuring and positioning aligned with impact and financial goals.
Investor Relations & Reporting


Serve as primary liaison for current and prospective LPs. Deliver timely and transparent communications including reports, newsletters, and investor updates. Coordinate due diligence processes and manage investor inquiries.
Ecosystem Development & Partnerships


Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem enablers. Identify partnership opportunities that enhance visibility, deal flow, and credibility in the market. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership.
Brand & Communications


Oversee or support external communications including PR, media, and content development. Collaborate with marketing on brand positioning, newsletters, and investor-focused content. Strengthen the firm's reputation as a leading impact investment platform.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital raising, preferably in venture capital firms. Proven track record of building and managing institutional and private investor relationships. Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically while executing fundraising and investor engagement activities hands-on. Familiarity with impact investing and ESG frameworks is an advantage. Entrepreneurial, mission-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
